Career History
Louis is an operator at heart with experience leading organizations large and small through significant growth while maintaining operational success.
He began his career with large infrastructure operators El Paso Corporation and PG&E before becoming the CEO of Remote Operations Center, a Sallyport-backed start-up he scaled into the largest third-party control center in the U.S. He went on to help expand ROC into EverLine, a broader technical services platform built through acquisitions, new market entry and technology deployment. In 2024, Louis returned to infrastructure operations as COO of Summit Midstream.
In 2026, he reunited with Sallyport with a shared vision to build a differentiated platform for essential infrastructure services — and founded Truss.
Louis received an Engineering degree from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Stanford.
